Return Policy

Returns
Before returning any product, please contact Ecolab PartsXpress to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Please have the part number, invoice or order number and reason for the return available when calling.  For the return to be accepted, the RMA number must be clearly printed on both the exterior of the returned shipping container and documentation accompanying the return.  Ecolab PartsXpress reserves the right to refuse delivery of any return without proper display of the RMA number and will not accept returns without prior approval or consent.

Please return the part with your receipt and in new, uninstalled and resalable condition.  Returns need to be received within 30 days of purchase (receipt) for non-stock parts and within 30 days of purchase for stock parts. 

•    A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-stock part returns
•    There is no re-stock fee for in stock parts when returned within 30 days 
•    Freight charges may still apply

Returns are not permitted for opened electronic parts, special orders or custom orders (any part requiring modification to meet customer specifications or part made specifically for a customer).

Cancellation
Any cancellation must be approved by Ecolab PartXpress and may be subject to restocking and other charges, as applicable.  Custom parts orders may not be cancelled and are subject to charge.
